Cabo San Lucas

You can very easily rent a water taxi to take you to Pelican Rock, which I think is adjacent to Lover's Beach.

We spent a week in Cabos and did a kayaking excursion, however it was not at the cruise pier. The kayaking was fairly strenuous as we basically left the beach in one bay, out into the ocean and then back to shore at another bay. Also we were the only two on the excursion and had to keep up with the tour guide, who does this on a daily basis and was much younger and more fit than the two of us!

Pelican Rock is host to lots of snorkelers and divers. Unfortunately the boat traffic does churn up the water and the clarity is not the greatest (not the worst I have been in though), but still lovely warm waters and plenty of fish.

We loved Cabos San Lucas--have a wonderful time!
