Home made Pasta Thanks

There was another thread about pasta a while ago. I have a pasta roller and cutter for my Kitchen aid and have tried it twice with no luck. After that thread I kept thinking about it and decided tonight I would try again only using the receipy that someone had posted instead of the receipy that it came with. Wow what a difference. I did use my spelt flour instead of wheat flour and had to adjust the receipy just a little bit. I added just a little water. It was so good. I made a sauce of olive oil, roma tomato, garlic and olives. I will be doing this more often.

I also made home made pork parm. as well but have done that before. Thanks to the posters who encouraged me (in a way) to make my own and for getting me the receipy.

Got that right!!!! A while back jarred sauce was on sale at the market and I had coupons too, so I paid very little per jar....like 38 cents each. When checking out the clerk jokingly said, all this sauce and no pasta?" I said, "yep.....I'd rather have jarred sauce on homemade pasta than home made sauce on dried pasta from a box!" (I hope we all don't get yelled at for a thread that has NOTHING to do with cruising!)
