RCCL'S Harrison's Cave and Island Tour

My husband would love to do this excursion but I use a walker. By the description it looks like I wouldn't have any problems but at the end of the description is says

"Note: This tour is not recommend for guests with limited mobility."

Can anyone tell me what exactly that means?
