AOS leave the ship

We are sailing on the Adventure of the Seas in Dec out of San Juan. Could anyone tell me what time we need to leave the ship at the end of the cruise.

They like to have everyone off by 10AM, sooner if possible.

Our experience with flying out of SJU is not to book a flight earlier than noon. Once at the airport, you have to go through a USDA inspection of all luggage which includes checked as well as carry on. Then it's through TSA. I'm not sure if you have to go through Customs since you are from Canada.
