Diamond Princess Vancouver Parking

So we're on the Diamond Princess 14 day cruise leaving out of Vancouver on August 17th. We're driving in and looking at parking; and I'm wondering if there are any cheaper alternatives than the Princess recommended DaVinci $23/day. Need more money for cruising!

We go to the Abercorn in Richmond, just by the Oak St. Bridge.

$172.00, including all taxes for the night, with a very good free breakfast, and 14 days free parking, they let us have 17 days once.

Taxi is about $40.00, we have shared at times at no extra charge, but you have to request a big one.

It is cheaper to go Sky Train, but for 'Olde Folk', it is a struggle to handle the luggage.:eek:
