shamajim Posted August 14, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 14, 2013 We are considering taking an Aberdeen Tour of Peggy's Cover/Halifax and just wondering if anyone has any experience with them? I searched on these boards but only found info from 2004-2005 and hoped there might be more recent experiences. We don't want to do a charge by the hour tour (I saw many of those recommended here) nor do we want to rent a car in this port as we're doing that in other ports and just want a break from that in this port. Thanks.
Irene cruiser Posted August 18, 2013 #2 Share Posted August 18, 2013 We used Aberdeen Tours, last October, in Halifax and were very satisfied. Fourteen of us went on a Jewish Heritage Tour, Peggy's Cove, and Sightseeing. Jonathan was our guide. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and a real gentleman. A very good time was had by all. We intend to use them again on our next cruise which will be on September 21st.
