Fort Lauderdale Excursions

I wonder if anyone can help:- We are booked on Oasis of the Seas,arriving back in Fort Lauderdale on Sat 16 Nov 13 and flight home is from Miami at 20:00. From RCL website I see we can book an excursion - a tour of FLL that ends in drop off at Miami airport. I presume that your luggage is placed on the motorcoach that takes you on excursion but the website doesnt detail this. Has anyone done this before and do you keep your own luggage to place on the coach or do you still place your luggage out overnight and it is placed on coach for you. I hate to talk about going home before Ive even arrived but the trip seems like a great idea. :):)
