Dover disembark on CCL Legend?

When disembarking from the Legend is an elevator used or is it just a ramp walk way down to ground level. Would like to do self assist but our San Diego experience was horrible as they only had 1 small elevator and it took 3 hrs to get to ground level, very chaotic and unorganized. There was an escalator but since we were lugging around 2 big suitcases and carry-ons it wasn't an option.
