British mobile phones in FP

Question, please, for any Brits who have been to FP. Did your mobile phone work? I am on T Mobile (now EE). I only use the phone for texts when I'm away and have used it all over the world with no problems but couldn't find any info on the EE website. Thanks.

I used my o2 PAYG phone on Tahiti and Moorea this year just for texts. The problem comes when you want to top it up. I had to text my daughter in UK to do it. When i got home I checked on their website and it is a different number from FP to top up. Just to warn you.

Hi Pompeygirl56 - thanks for the info. I only text when I'm away - just to check on the 'olds' so that will be fine. I'll top up more than usual, just in case. Thanks again.
