Guest Snorkelbunny Posted August 25, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 25, 2013 We were on the now cancelled Celebrity Millennium wine cruise in September and had a lovely independent excursion to some Saanich Peninsula wineries all booked. Now, instead we'll be visiting on the NCL Sun and have a shorter day in port, so need alternative plans. I've been to Victoria many times, but have always taken a ships excursion and paid no attention to what was being offered on the dock by local operators. Does anyone know if there are tours to a winery or wineries available dockside that aren't too lengthy? We apparently have to be back onboard at 3pm. Thank you! Rare martincath Posted August 25, 2013 #2 Share Posted August 25, 2013 Verjus offers a 3 hour tour to Saanich (3 wineries); Vancouver Island Wine Tours and Executive Wine Tours also offer a half-day tour, but both specify it's in the afternoon so timing would be tight - you could call them and ask if they'd pick you up earlier though...
