Louisiana Seafood Festival

According to the visitors guide we will be there for this festival. Anyone know where it is held and how to get there. We are staying in Gretna.

 

Also can we take a fold up walker on the trolly?

It is in City Park in New Orleans, a long way from Gretna, and I can't think of any way to get there by public transit.

Thanks for the info. We will have a car to get around. So if we can find it we can go there.

It would be about a 30 minute drive. I'm pretty sure they have a web site with directions.

 

I live close by (we can hear the music) so I can explain if the directions are not clear.

 

Pay attention to parkng restrictions. NOPD will ticket/tow illegally parked vehicles.

When does this festival take place? We are looking at doing a cruise out of there next year & would love to be there during that festival.
