jaxfl Posted August 27, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 27, 2013 I know that the first formal night would be Sunday night, the first day at sea of a 7 day cruise but the second one (Eligant Night) is Thursday since they do not usually have them the night before you get back to FL. Will on that Thursday night it is Halloween Night for our cruise leaving Costa Maya. My question is: Are they going to change Eligant Night or are they going to let everyone DRESS UP and still come to the MDR? Anyone sailed over halloween before? We sailed Halloween 2011 and Elegant night was on the 31st. They moved it to the next night, which was great. Hope they can do the same for your cruise. We were on the Carnival Conquest:D

ccruisequeen Posted August 27, 2013 #4 Share Posted August 27, 2013 They kept Elegant Night for the same night. People wore their costumes. Some ladies used the opportunity to dress as princesses or faries.
