Yes, included in the cabin, and they are a good size, large enough for most valuables, although not a laptop.

Yes, all cabins have a safe. Sometimes they are in the closet. Before you place any valuables in your safe make sure you can open it again. Do a dry run! Imagine your passport in a safe that won't open--it's rare but it can happen. Should your safe not be working properly let your steward know right away. If you have something very valuable, you should talk with the ship's purser.

As stated, they are fairly good size. You can see that on the Jewel I was able to fit my ipad and DSLR in with no problem. Netbooks will likely fit too, but not regular laptops

On the BA, the safes are small. Will fit an ipad, but only at an angle.
