Equinox Stateroom question

We are booked on the June 1, 2014 Classic Med cruise, and have reserved room 7253.

 

I called Celebrity today and there are only two Sunset Veranda rooms, both on Deck 6, which is directly above Tuscan Grille.

 

Would like to hear opinions on which room would be a better choice. is the Tuscan Grille a smoking area, and will there be lots of noise from there?

 

Debating whether it is worth the extra money, if it's right above a restaurant and need opinions, please.

The Tuscan Grill is not a smoking area. It is completely enclosed behind floor to ceiling windows. I would not be worried about noise from the deck below. The restaurant is pretty quiet. No live music or dancing, etc. Give it a try during your cruise. For some reason it is the restaurant with the smallest extra price tag.

We had a Sunset Veranda above Tuscan and it was very quiet. There is no indoor smoking on any Celebrity ship.
