Elba, Monte Capanne cable car

We will be in Elba in October and are interested in trying the cable car at Monte Capanne. Are there taxis available at the port to drive you to the park? Any idea what they cost?

 

If you have gone on the cable cars, would you recommend this excursion? Thank you for any advice.

We will be on the same cruise with you I believe from reading the Azamara Quest info. I am going to try Trip Advisor for info about the cable car.

Excellent idea. I have used TripAdvisor to research hotels, but that is about it. I need to remember to use the other resources they offer.

And yes, we will be on the same cruise. Looking forward to it.:D

Just wondering if you ended up riding the cable cars and what transportation you used to get there?
