We had to cancel a cruise this month when my mother (age 93) took ill and was hospitalized. RoamRight administered the claim and within two weeks I had full reimbursement. No hassle, no challenges, no pushback. Just great customer service! Admittedly this was an uncomplicated, straightforward claim, but I can't imagine any better claims service than I received from RR/A. It helps if you read what documentation is required, and send them everything they need. I was careful to do so and it obviously made their jobs easier, as well as expediting handling of my claim.
