Who and How?

I have a very special friend who will be turning 50 while cruising on the Rhapsody of the Seas on October 31st 2013. Unfortunately we won't be there to celebrate her special day, but would somehow love to get a message and maybe a small cake (or something) to let her know we love and are thinking of her. Can anyone please give me a heads up on how I can go about doing this (who to contact) and how receptive they would be to such a request. I anticipate a cost could be involved.
