Luggage Restrictions on Viking?

I just saw a post from an Avalon cruiser who stated there were some luggage/carry on restrictions. Is anyone aware of Viking restrictions? I don't see any on their website and my sailing is still 5 weeks out so no info in the mail yet. My husband and I plan to take 1 suitcase and 1 carry on bag each. We are doing the Cities of Light on the Prestige.

Sounds like you have a pretty normal luggage scenario to me. Why are you concerned? I think what they were talking about was what size luggage you were allowed to bring on the bus transfers. The bus overhead bins are smaller than airline overhead bins and they will want to put your carry on bag with the regular luggage under the bus.

Everyone is allowed a carry on and one large suitcase but check the sizes with the airline you are going with.

 

On Viking ships you can store them both under your bed or the carry-on can be put in a closet.
