Don't they have those listed on the front page in the flippy thing on Royal Caribbean? If you're talking about the Tuesday specials, here's a link. I keep the link handy because they change it every weekend to tell you the next Tuesday's specials.

I am also pondering this question...I am looking to book an April 2014 cruise on either Freedom or Liberty, but am curious to when the next WOW sale is since Tuesday sales "typically" are for more short-term cruise decisions.

We too are watching for a WOW sale. Most of the Tuesday sales have been for currently sailing, we are looking at 2015. I know our previous 2 cruises with RCCL have been booked during October WOW.
