Does anyone know a shuttle service from Orlando Amtrak to Port Canaveral?

We took amtrak to Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale. There was no "shuttle", but plenty of cabs, which were reasonable.

Did you ever take the amtrak to orlando then get on a ship in port canavaral?? I want to do this but not sure how it is going to work. Amtrak does not provide a transfer. RCCL will but... you have to pretend you are flying in and out, the get yourself to the airport. Does anyone know how these transfers work out??
