Is there anyway short of contacting customer service to verify that these OBC's have been credited? From another thread I read it was indicated that someone had gone to their on-line account to accomplish this, but I have not found any way to do it. Also, does the line provide any statements aboard during the cruise so that you can keep track of expenditures? This is to be our first Seabourn cruise, so we are not familiar with their practices. It will ask you initially for a 4 digit pass number which you can invent, ie 2222, once you enter a pass number you can check your onboard account at any time. Hope you have a great Seabourn cruise.
