2 questions - flying & steakhouse reservations

I'm a Texas girl and usually sail right out of my homeport however, in January, I'm sailing on the Carnival Pride from Baltimore, MD. Here are my two questions and thanks in advance for your assistance.

1. To fly, can I pack my toiletries even though they're not 3oz bottles? As long as I pack them in checked luggage is it okay if they're larger? I haven't flown in quite a long time and not sure of the rules now.

2. I want to make Steakhouse reservations in advance, other than waiting till on the ship, what are my options?

Yes you can pack larger items as long as they see checked baggage no problems.

 

For reservations you can do it from the carnival website in the plan activities portion of managing your cruise.

You can also email them directly at PRSUPPER@carnival.com or PRSteakhouse@carnival.com.

 

Sometimes the Carnival website process takes longer and sometimes it seems not to work at all.
