Avalon hotels used in Amsterdam and Zurich?

Can anyone tell me which are the hotels that Avalon has been using in both Amsterdam and Zurich?

If book via Avalon (per their 2014 prices) for Amsterdam are $150/person and Zurich is $118/person.

Thinking about booking myself. Curious when they put you up and where they are located.

We cruised with Avalon in 2012 & they used the Movenpick near the Airport in Zurich. I can't help you for Amsterdam.

In June this year in Amsterdam they used the Hotel NH Amsterdam Centre as the meeting place and I presume booked passengers in there as well. I believe they also use the Movenpick occasionally. My understanding is they don't decide until 30 days before sailing.
