Is a 11:20 AM flight do able

We will be on a Celebrity cruise ending 11/30/13 getting in to port 6:00 am I booked a flight on American Airlines flight for 12:05 they changed the flight to 11:20 is this cutting it to close ? :(

As long as there are no issues with the debarking process, you will be fine.

That time is easily doable. The faster you get off the ship in the morning, the faster you will get to and through the airport. We always do the self-debark, grab a quick cab and head straight to the airport. On our last trip, we were sitting at the departure gate by 9 am. The later you arrive, the longer lines you will experience.
