How many ships can dock at Coxen?

Just trying to find out how many ships can dock at coxen in Rotan. I found on cruise time tables three ncl ships there on 10/17/2013.

 

I know if the weather is not right, carnival ships can not go to Mahogany and sometimes change to Coxen

Well I think one because we had to go to coxen because of the wind. Because the Dream was also scheduled to be in Roatan to and never showed up at coxen with us.
