Balcony Partitions - Carnival Sunshine

We are looking to book two quad cabins side by side and are wondering if ALL balcony partitions can be opened on the Carnival Sunshine??

The Carnival rep advised us that the balcony partition between the balcony cabins we have on hold cannot be opened, but can be opened between the balcony on the other side (which only holds 3).

Has anyone had any first hand experience on the Carnival Sunshine in having multiple balcony partitions opened??

TIA

Try going to this website.

https://www.goccl.com/~/media/Files/Irman/bookccl/the_fleet/Sunshine/sunshine.ashx

On the left select "Stateroom Descriptions" at the top and then select your deck. Find your room number and it should have in the description what cabin the balcony partition opens to.

I hope this helps,

Thanks. This site shows the balcony partitions opening to different cabins than the ones we are looking at.

Anyone have any first hand experience with the balcony partitions on the Sunshine??

Similar question for Sunshine balcony partition. I am booked in rooms that https://www.goccl.com/~/media/Files/.../sunshine.ashx show can open.

Last year we sailed on the Legend and learned (the hard way) that there are a limited number of brackets to hold the partition open and we ended up unable to open the partition for the whole cruise.

Can someone tell me if there is a need to request the partition open ASAP on the Sunshine like you do on the Legend?

Thanks in advance.
