Need Getaway cabin advice-Balcony

:DWe are a family of 4, currently booked in a BD on deck 9. Our cabin is above the waterfront where Cagney's is. Do you think this will be noisy? Will we see down to the walkway with no privacy? Not really sure I will feel like it is a balcony, not being able to look over the rail and see the water below.

 

Suggestions? Anyone ever booked a B6 on 9 or a BC on deck 13 with a corner balcony bump?

 

All advice would be appreciated!!! Pictures of breakaway example would be great also!
