AOS fitness classes

Recommended Posts

My family and I were on AOS this past Feb. They had 3 spin classes during the week. There are about 15-20 spots for reservation and the list filled up quick, BUT . . . lots of people didn't show up so don't be discouraged if you are on the waiting list. There are a few types of bikes, some better than others, so if you are picky sign up and show up early. Cost was something like $12 US for each class. The least attended was the first which was not a sea day (we did the Aruba, Curacaos, etc. cruise A, I think) and the other two were sea days. By the way, I didn't bring any bike shorts/shoes (and I haven't spinned regularly in a couple years) but no problem. The classes are only about 40 min (of hard work) and the pedals have straps so no big deal if you don't want to bring any equipment from home.

Have fun!
