Nassau Colonial Hilton opinions?

Anyone done the day pass here recently? Thoughts? I understand it is $60 but includes $40 voucher for food and drink. If you are dressed beach casual when you arrive, where is the best place to eat dinner there? Our ship arrives in January, late in the day, and stays until 11 pm, so voucher would probably be used for dinner.

The day pass ends at 5pm and is only good at the Patio Grill near the pool.

In January, it's dark at 5pm.

The property is open to the public after 5pm for dinner at Aqua or Bullion Lounge, but the voucher is no longer valid at that time.
