Drinks On Us program on a longer cruise

Is the amount of points you have to accumulate in the casino more if you are on a longer cruise? For example, a 12 day Mediterranean or a 15 day Hawaii? I doubt I would hit it either way, but just curious!

It's the same, 1500 points ... On our 12 night British Isles cruise it seemed that most regular players had earned the Drinks on us card by the end. Including us! I got mine the second last day, and DH the day before me. :)

 

Of course, it was near impossible to actually get a free drink by that point, since waiters were few and far between! My guess is that was on purpose by Carnival, but maybe it was just where we were sitting.

It's 1000 points on a 5 day cruise. My mom got it in May on our Glory cruise.

In January, my husband got the card 48 hours into a 7 day cruise. Twenty fours after him (and 100.00), I got my card. On the 6th night of the cruise we both qualified again for the card. Lucky for us, we were on a b2b, so they deferred the cards to the next cruise.

Wow, that is surprising! Maybe I will have a chance of getting maybe one or two "free" drinks. haha
