bling19572010 Posted October 18, 2013 #1 Share Posted October 18, 2013 Can anyone tell me about cabin C753 on the Emerald? We are going on the December 9, 2013 - Southern Caribbean Medley cruise; has anyone done this itinerary before? How did you like the ports? How did you like cabin C754? Thank you!!! jaynak Posted October 19, 2013 #2 Share Posted October 19, 2013 C753 is a favorite stateroom of ours - at the very end of the corridor, it's so very quiet and private. The room itself is essentially the same as other balcony staterooms but somehow it feels special because of its location. There is nothing to compare with having that private balcony overlooking the wake - you feel like the whole ship is all yours! Ok - so I have a good imagination :-) We have also stayed in the Baha stateroom directly above with a slightly smaller balcony. The only downside is that we both inevitably feel queasy quite often in this room. Not on the balcony - just in the room! However we keep rebooking it, so it can't be that bad. The advantages of the balcony are greater than the queeze :-) As far as the Southern itinerary - we've sailed it twice and the Eastern itinerary 3x - love them both. Bonaire was a highight for us both times. Enjoy your cruise and your choice of room. Jayna K

What is on the other side of that door? Thanks.

We've been in C753 a few times now and apart from muster drill we've never seen it used. Our cabin steward told us she thought C753 was one of the best balcony cabins on the ship and we'd agree! Great snorkeling in calm waters. Get a tour to Klein Bonaire - it's a small, uninhabited island in sight of port with fabulous water clarity.
