Bob Marley tour

My husband is a great Bob Marley fan and I wondered if anyone else has been on this tour? We have seen it advertised with viator. Is it very far from Falmouth?Any comments would be great

I am a massive fan of reggae music. The pilgrimage to Nine Mile is a must for any true Bob Marley fan. Comments:

* Probably close to a 2 hour drive (each way) from Falmouth.

* The ride up into the hills of Jamaica is worth it alone.:eek:

* Admission is $20 per person

* You will be assigned a guide for your stay (please tip nicely).

* You will see where Bob lived as a child, where his mother is buried, and where he is buried.

* They have a restaurant, but service was very slow the day we were there. It might have been smarter to order before we went on the tour.

* Lots of Bob memorabilia there.

* Usually a small mento band performing there.
