Changing sail dates after final payment

We are currently booked and fully paid for the CB 9/3/05 sailing, which is the Eastern Caribbean itinerary. Now my DH thinks we might enjoy the Western itinerary better since I have been to the eastern/southern Caribbean twice already. Is it too late to even ask our TA about this?

Changing your dates after final payment has to be cancelled and rebooked and then you would be in a penalty phase that would mean you would loose your deposit on your cruise or even more depending how long you have until sailing date.

I'd say you can always ask but do be prepared for no if that's the answer you get. If the cruise you want to isn't fully booked, they might allow you to. In other words, you never know what the answer will be until you ask.

They will allow you to switch sailings, for a PRICE. But there is no consideration given if you change your mind and want to book a different itinerary after final payment. You still pay the cancellation penalty. Sorry!
