There are 1-2 direct trains per hour between Haifa and Tel Aviv. The journey takes 1 hour to 1h15min and costs NIS30 ( 8,50 USD) per person (one way). In Tel Aviv you can get off at Tel Aviv Center Savidor or HaHagana train station.

 

In Haifa you can take the train at Haifa Center Ha-Shmona train station, within walking distance of the cruise port. You can check the train timetable in advance.
