I'm so nervous I could cry. We just returned home from our cruise on the Fantasy, Oct 19-26. We prepurchased the 10 images photo DVD before our cruise from mycruisephotos.com. Of course Shutters was crazy busy the last day of the cruise so I showed my receipt to a cast member and asked if I could select my 10 pictures from the website from home. She said yes of course!! She was wrong. I submitted a customer service "ticket" at mycruisephotos.com specifying our sailing and stateroom number as well as the purchase confirmation number. Please someone tell me they are able to access the archives for the sailing. My heart just sank.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

I know it says purchasing afterwards but you might get them to understand you paid but did not get your pictures. Good luck!

I emailed their customer service dept. Haven't heard back yet. My stomach is just in knots. Thank you for the reply.

I had an issue with the cd I purchased in March and called them to resolve it. Maybe give that a shot as it might quicker than an email. Good luck, hope you get your pics.
