Does anyone have an updated price list for bottles of liquor purchased through room service? Does Princess still offer this service?

If you don't want it on your onboard account, you can pre-pay for this by filling out a form and faxing to Princess. They'll leave you "coupons" in your cabin. Simply call room service and let them know you're ready for it. They are 1/2 bottles
