Gr8Mariner Posted November 5, 2013 #1 Share Posted November 5, 2013 Some ports offer wheelchair transport from the curb to the ship. Do they do this in San Pedro? If it is cruiseline specific, we're sailing on NCL. Thanks, Joseph
kitty9 Posted November 6, 2013 #2 Share Posted November 6, 2013 Wheelchairs are available in the terminal. But unless you want to sit and wait, I'd suggest calling NCL and getting your name on a list for those needing assistance.
ccruisequeen Posted November 11, 2013 #3 Share Posted November 11, 2013 I love port of Los Angeles. Parking is directly across from the port (a short walk). They have porters who you can ask to take you through the check in process, then on board. After that you are on your own. In Long Beach, you can be dropped off at the garage, but the walk is long to the queen mary (early check in) or the dome. Once inside, they can get you a chair to the ship.
