disembark and embark decks on Golden Princess

We are sailing shortly on the GP and one of the three is in a wheelchair and i am in a scooter/walker. We are hoping we will be able to get to our Fiesta Deck 6 cabin and disembark that easily. What do you know about it?

In Los Angeles you embark and disembark Golden Princess on Promenade Deck, Deck 7. But there will be plenty of helpful smiling crew members to help you to your cabin on Fiesta Deck.

Golden Princess in San Pedro had a shortage of Wheel chairs that was causing a big delay for passengers. Please make sure to get their early and secure a wheel chair or you will have to wait for them to free up. The ship has excellent customer service and employees. The port is a whole another story and not enough time to even begin to describe the crap shoot service you will receive.
