Trafalgar Falls and Emerald Pool

Can only tell you about Trafalgar Falls. Not a strenuous walk at all but the path is just a dirt and sometimes muddy ( if it has rained ) trail. There are some stairs. Once you get to the observation platform if you want to go down to the hot springs and pools it's a different story. You have to climb down on some very slippery moss covered rocks, not a real easy climb. My group did it and had no problems however we did see some folks that struggled on the climb back up.

Considering a tour that would include both Trafalgar Falls and Emerald Pool.

Would like to know how strenuous of a walk it is to both. Are the paths fairly smooth or very uneven?

They are both fairly easy walks a small amount of elevation change but the paths are well laid out and all stairs are in good shape. You should be fine.

The paths are better than the roads in and out!! :D:eek:
