Breeze Spa

I meant to tag this onto my other thread I started but it's to far back now.

Do you have to pay to use the spa facilities? Like do you have to pay $xxx for a spa pass or is everything free unless you get a treatment?

If you do have to pay to use the spa and you DO get a treatment, is the use of the facilities included in the treatment price?

I know on the older Carnival boats you never had to, but didn't know about the newer ones.

If you have a spa cabin you can use the Thermo pool, heated tile loungers, sauna and showers for free. You already have access to the spa. You will have to pay for any treatments you want but you will get priority booking of those treatments.

If you do not have a spa cabin then you need a spa pass to access the spa. With the spa pass you will get access to the hermo pool, heated tile loungers, sauna and showers for no additional cost. If you want spa treatments you pay the fee for those. It's the same cost regardless of whether or not you have a spa pass.

If you do not have a spa pass then you can book, pay for and get treatments (a la carte).

If you do not have a sap pass and you want to use the Thermo pool, heated tile loungers, sauna and showers you must buy a spa pass to do so.

Some people with 3 or 4 pax in their cabin have reported using the Spa showers instead of waiting to use the one in their own cabin. Would they have a spa pass for that, or do they just walk in and use the showers? (Specifically on the Breeze)

They would need a Spa pass to use the ones located in the spa area but they can use the ones in the gym area locker rooms at no charge.

is there a steam room in the locker room? I have heard of this but heard it was co-ed. So if there is not one on the Carnival Breeze that is gratis, then they are lying.
