We always were off and aboard a taxi by 10am. The non us citizen line moves much faster though. My cousins who were us citizens on the same cruise disembarked the same time but were about an hour behind us. If you choose the self disembark process you can be off really early and the lines may not be so bad... lots of factors to consider here.
