Explorer NYE Menu

We have sailed Explorer on NYE before - for the life of me I cannot remember what the first nights menu is - or what the menu is for NYE - we are trying to decide on Portofino's and Im leaning on the first night - does anyone have the menu for the 7 night NYE Bahamas cruise - or at least the 1st night and NYE night menu? Thanks!

The first night is the standard, fleet wide menu.. typically with the Mojo Pork Chop, Prime Rib etc.

 

I've been on several different ships for NYE and the menu has varied slightly. It most closely resembles one of the formal night menus with Surf and Turf etc.

On Vision they served us lobster for a 2nd night.

 

Given the choice, I would pick Portofino for the first night.
