I've never known the cruise lines to ship - you usually have to pick it up when you disembark the last morning.

On every NCL I've taken we've had to pick it up the last NIGHT of the cruise.

Does anyone know that if you bought like 4 bottles on the ship, and they package it up, is that considered a piece of luggage for the airlines? If so would they charge you the extra 25.00 to ship?

You're better off packing it inside your luggage and paying the $25 for the whole thing. IF you're purchasing stuff from the islands that can't be purchased in the U.S. the vendor might have shipping options for you.
