In the off season Alilauro has ferries to Sorrento at 9 AM and 11 AM. Most ships are in port with plenty of time to make the 9 AM as it leaves from Beverello, adjacent to the cruise port. http://www.alilauro.it/orari-e-tariffe?route_group_id=3

You could also use the Circumvesuviana commuter train, which departs from Naples a couple of times an hour: http://www.eavcampania.it/web/sites/default/files/ftp_orari_ferroviario/Orario%20Napoli%20Sorrento%20con%20Pozzano%20e%20Scraio%20e%20viceversa.pdf

If you want to use a taxi there is a fixed fare of 100 Euro each way: http://www.comune.napoli.it/flex/cm/pages/ServeBLOB.php/L/IT/IDPagina/8729 (the fare chart is the PDF entitled "visualizza le tariffe taxi" and page two is in English).
