Celebrity air travel from/to Santiago

My wife and I will be on the Dec 24 departure of the Infinity for its Fort Lauderdale, through-the-Canal, down to Santiago cruise. Up to now, we've always made our own air arrangements for cruises. But this time, we're doing the air through Celebrity. We'll be flying from San Francisco to Ft. Lauderdale before the cruise, and from Santiago Chile back to SFO afterwards.

I'd like to hear from anyone who has booked air through Celebrity, especially from anyone who has flown into or returned from Santiago.

How did it go? What airlines did you fly?

Many thanks!

We did the same cruise last year using celebrity air from NY.

The flight down to FL was a direct flight. The flight back from Chile we were on AA to Miami and then another flight to NY. The friends we met went either directly to Miami, Dallas or Alanta. WE had one problem with Celebrity Air and then switched to custom because they put us on the last flight out of NY that could make the ship, we changed it to a earlier flight.

All in all Celebrity worked out ok for us.
