Elation ? external stairs Lido to Serenity?

On the Elation, are there stairs at the back of the ship that go from the Lido deck to the Serenity or is the only way to get to the Serenity through the lounge?

There are stairs.

If you participate in the cheers program, there is a bar at the back of the Lido deck right inside the doors I got quite a few pina colada's there when I could not find a waiter.

Yes, behind the Pizza Station and the Bar there are little 'wing' decks. The stairs are to the outside.

 

Could you imagine going thru the comedy show in your robe to the Serenity deck? :p

Actually I was trying to envision going to the Lido deck, loading a tray with food and drinks, going back to the elevator, going down one deck, going back to the aft of the ship through the comedy show, and getting to a deck chair without spilling anything :p
