Castaway Cay Bike Hire

Another question from me. I'm so glad i found this board or I would be totally lost about all this.

 

If you want to hire bikes at Castaway Cay do they have child seats for the back of the bikes or the little trailers that you tow ? We'd love to get out for a family bike ride but will have a 4 yr old and 5 mth old with us.

I didn't see any trailers, but there were definitely some people with child seats and I doubt they brought their own...

Great, thanks. Not sure how the baby would manage in a seat as she only goes in a trailer at home. Will have to look at age restrictions

Definitely child seats. I agree--I have never noticed trailers.

Definitely no trailers, but there are wagons that can be used no charge. Not the same as a bike ride, but could take a little walk around.

The bike ride is nice and fun but it's not a real long ride which is probably why they only have a few child seats. I think we did it in about 45 minutes with several photo stops. You book it as a CC excursion and then show up when you want to ride. Since you need a child seat or something, you may have to wait until one becomes available as I think it's all first come first serve.
