Just took me 30 minutes on the phone to order decorations

It shouldn't be that hard! I am waiting to find a million charges to my card. At one point the person asked me if I had cancelled the cruise, wait WHAT? There was some sort of glitch in the system that wasn't allowing her to order the Just Married decorations and she had to have the help desk do it.
