Caribbean Sail to Christmas and Honeymoon Coves

If you've taken this excursion recently through RCL or Celebrity, please share a quick review. I'd like to know:

 

1. How were the snorkel spots? Fist & Coral? Turtles? Rays?

2. What type of sailboat did you wind up on and was it crowded?

3. How was the food & drink?

 

I've researched other vendors, so I have a good idea about those options.
