Anyone Else Having Trouble Logging Into MyNCL??

Been trying to log into My NCL for about 1/2 an hour. I keep getting a message that says "The credentials you provided cannot be determined to be authentic."

 

Anyone else having a problem this morning?

Strange, just tried it again and getting the same message.

This happened to me every single time I tried to log in.

 

Maybe the network was busy, or too many people logging in at the same time. I would always try a strange hour and usually it would work.

 

But just FYI if you plan on going on vacation soon, just print out all your edocs in advance so you don't freak out when you can't log in and print out your papers before you leave!

Yes I have problems accessing MyNCL as well. But, not because of technical difficulties, just hate seeing no cruise scheduled.:(

I had the same error yesterday. One quick phone call to NCL support and all was fixed. Works fine now for me.

I had the same error yesterday. One quick phone call to NCL support and all was fixed. Works fine now for me.

 

I called tech support and they were great. Walked me through a password change and all is well.
